Normandy town 1944

Before and After:

Well 10 years have past and taken there toll on the models so in June 2007 I made the command decision to rework the diorama and so I did.. The diorama was ripped apart and redone almost from scratch. Buildings reworked, figures added and omitted and more details added. Here the before and after pictures:

The mass of figures, tanks and jeeps after being ripped off

 

The gaps show how much the building has moved, also the "door" was sawn out of the gateway.

As can be seen the corner building was deleted and the firefly replaced by a M4A4 with interior turret detail. Also the jeeps and POWs were rearranged.
